We collect the contact details and message you choose to submit so the VelvetMelt team can respond and manage your enquiry. Submitting is optional and does not create an account or subscribe you to marketing.

Enquiries are stored with our website hosting provider and are accessible only to the site administrator. Please do not include medical records, payment card details or other sensitive information.

You can ask us to correct or delete your enquiry through Private Chat. Records are kept while needed for the enquiry and related follow-up, then reviewed for deletion.

WhatsApp opens a separate service subject to its own privacy terms. Your WhatsApp chat is not automatically copied into this website’s customer database.
