For this site’s product and trade enquiries.
Information you provide
The form collects your contact name, email, country and message. Company, organisation type, product interest and quantity are optional. We use this information to review and reply to your enquiry. It does not subscribe you to marketing.
Storage and notification
Enquiries are stored in Cloudflare D1. Resend sends the enquiry details to the business contact mailbox for follow-up. Enquiries remain stored if notification delivery fails. Access to the enquiry dashboard is authenticated.
WhatsApp conversations
If you choose to contact us on WhatsApp, that conversation is handled in WhatsApp. It is separate from this website’s saved enquiries and email notifications. Clicking the link does not submit the form or automatically send its contents.
Security and cookies
We use temporary signed submission challenges, hashed network-address rate-limit keys and request identifiers to deter spam and duplicate submissions. The form keeps only a request identifier in session storage; it does not save the entered message or contact details there. An administrator’s sign-in uses a secure session cookie. No marketing signup or tracking campaign is added by this form.

For access, correction or deletion requests, email velvetmelt2026@outlook.com and quote your enquiry reference. Do not submit sensitive personal information or private documents through the form.
Business details
The legal operating entity, location and formal retention policy are pending confirmation. This site accepts enquiries only; it does not take payment or confirm orders.
